Wood Partners Signs on as Sylvan | Thirty Co-Developer
National real estate firm Wood Partners has signed on as co-developer of Sylvan | Thiry. The well-respected firm, which specializes in high density and mixed-use communities, will help oversee the construction of our West Dallas mixed-use development.
Dallas/Oak Cliff, December 20, 2011 - “We pride ourselves on our projects reflecting the aesthetic and social fabric of the community and providing a luxurious living experience at a fair price,” said Todd McCulloch, Director of Wood Partners’ Dallas office.
Other Wood Partners’ projects in North Texas include an East Dallas development on Henderson at Belmont, two stylish urban developments in the Design District (1900 Lofts & Alta Design District), Alta Lakeshore in Las Colinas and the Glass House in Uptown, among others.
Construction Update:
Additionally, since our zoning application unanimously passed the Dallas City Council last week 15-0, we will be starting construction soon. Pre-construction activities, such as surveying and site prep, will begin in early 2012. You should expect to see us “going vertical” with the buildings themselves sometime in the Spring. We’re aggressively aiming to have portions of the project open by the end of 2012. However, the delays of many months that we’ve experienced with zoning, we may not be open until early 2013.
