So often, we spend our days telling ourselves how we are not good enough, instead of saying, “I am worthy.” Or how we don’t look good enough, instead of, “I am perfectly made.”
This causes self-inflicted stress on top of the stress life dishes out so willingly.
Self-talk can keep you in the pits of life, manifesting all the things you *don’t* want. But, harnesed properly, self-talk can also encourage you to do things you’ve never done and experience things you’ve never experienced.
In this workshop, Ebony will help you learn techniques for banishing the negative chatter and fostering the positive thoughts through movement, yoga and breathing.
