Celebrate our Community with the Sylvan | Thirty Retailers

 In Community, Events, News

Clear your schedule on the evening of August 28 as Sylvan | Thirty’s retailers unite to celebrate the end of summer with the West Dallas and North Oak Cliff communities.

Sylvan | Thirty proudly serves as a major hub in the community with its lofts, retail (Craft & Company Salon, Iota Gift Shop, Sync Yoga), restaurants (CiboDivino MarketPlace, Houndstooth Coffee, JuiceLand, Tacodeli, Ten Ramen, Whisk Crêpes Café) and local grocery market (Cox Farms Market).

But it’s more than just a place to pick up a bite to eat; Sylvan | Thirty is a place for family, friends and neighbors to come together as a community and have fun and relax – which we think is definitely worth celebrating!

The “Celebrate Sylvan | Thirty” festival will bring entertainment for the entire family, including corn hole, face painting, a water balloon toss and a bounce house. Enjoy live music by alternative country artist Heather Knox while you have a drink, mingle and treat yourself to homemade ice cream from Dallas-based Mike’s Moon Dream Ice Cream pop-up shop.

As you explore each of the retailers at Sylvan | Thirty, be sure to keep an eye out for any surprise specials or giveaways! Word on the street is Craft & Company Salon will be hosting a braid bar and a variety of games and raffles, and JuiceLand, Sylvan | Thirty’s soon-to-open retailer, will be giving away gift cards. Happy deal hunting, shoppers!

Oh, and did we mention our most adorable guests? Joining the party is Operation Kindness, the largest no-kill animal shelter in North Texas, who will bring a selection of pets available for adoption.

“The purpose of this festival is to celebrate the community and highlight the vibrant atmosphere of the development,” said Brent Jackson, developer of Sylvan | Thirty and President of Oaxaca Interests. “It’s a great opportunity for businesses and residents alike to interact with one another and strengthen their community.”
